All quotes and estimates provided by South Y Fireplace are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during installation or service. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or invoice. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Custom orders may require a deposit.

5. Limitation of Liability
